Wild rally to win Lemaire’s 1,000th game

Nashvile Predators' David Legwand, left, pushes down Minnesota Wild's Nick Schultz (55) as he races for the puck while Wild goalie Josh Harding, right, keeps an eye on the action in third period of an NHL hockey game Tuesday, Dec. 18, 2007, in St. Paul, Minn. The Wild came from behind to win 3-2.

It definitely wasn’t the prettiest game Jacques Lemaire has coached, but it was memorable for many reasons. Marian Gaborik, Eric Belanger and Brian Rolston all scored in the third period to bring the Minnesota Wild back from two goals down and beat the Nashville Predators 3-2 Tuesday night, giving Lemaire a victory in his 1,000th career game.
