Saints’ Bush out vs. Falcons on Monday

New Orleans Saints running back Reggie Bush sits on the bench near the end of a game against Tampa Bay in this Dec. 2, 2007, file photo. Bush has a partially torn left knee ligament that likely won't require surgery but could sideline him for Monday night's game at Atlanta and possibly for the rest of the season.

Saints running back Reggie Bush will not play Monday night in Atlanta because of a knee injury. He had been listed as questionable after an MRI this week indicated a partially torn left knee ligament. The team Saturday did not comment about Bush’s prospects for the rest of the season. Bush became the Saints’ featured running back when a knee injury ended Deuce McAllister’s season in the third week.
