Dallas Mavericks coach Avery Johnson was fined $25,000 Monday for his actions during a game against the Indiana Pacers last week. Johnson was cited for failing to leave the court in a timely manner and for verbal abuse of a game official, said Stu Jackson, NBA executive VP of basketball operations, in a release.
