Giants LB Pierce expects to face Lions

New York Giants middle linebacker Antonio Pierce returned to practice Friday after missing two days because of a mild concussion. “He did everything today, he took every snap, so I will check with him when I go in, but I think he certainly is on his way,” Giants coach Tom Coughlin said, adding that he expects Pierce to play Sunday in Detroit.
