The daughter of famed horse jockey and Kentucky Derby winner Jose Santos has been charged in a car accident that killed a grandmother who was out celebrating her birthday. Sophia Santos, of Albertson, appeared in a Long Island courtroom Monday on charges of second-degree vehicular homicide and driving while intoxicated.
