Veteran jockey E.J. Perrodin remained in intensive care Saturday, a day after a filly threw him and then fell on top of him during warmups for a race at New Orleans Fair Grounds. The 50-year-old rider has a broken pelvis and ribs and a lacerated liver, his agent, Tony Martin, said Saturday. Perrodin is in stable condition at Tulane Medical Center, the agent added.
