Free-agent QB Kirk Cousins plans to sign a three-year, $84 million deal with the Vikings on Thursday, sources told ESPN’s Adam Schefter. Cousins, 29, has been one of the most productive quarterbacks since becoming the Redskins’ starter three years ago.
