No. 20 Stanford holds off Northwestern

Anthony Goods, Landry Fields and Robin Lopez helped No. 20 Stanford stay unbeaten. Goods scored 19 points, Fields and Lopez had 16 apiece and the Cardinal beat Northwestern 71-60 Thursday night. Fields made four 3-pointers and Lopez blocked five shots for Stanford, which improved to 4-0 for the first time since 2003-2004 when it won its first 26.
