Quarterback Chad Pennington, still recovering from a sprained right ankle that sidelined him last weekend, was listed as questionable Friday for the New York Jets’ game against the Miami Dolphins. Pennington was injured in the season opener against New England and didn’t play last week at Baltimore as Kellen Clemens got his first NFL start.
