The likes of Jason Day, Rickie Fowler, Justin Rose and Henrik Stenson will also appear on PGA TOUR LIVE’s Featured Groups coverage this week. PGA TOUR LIVE will broadcast from 9 a.m. ET until 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, and will start an hour earlier on Friday. The broadcast will be available on Twitter (pgatourlive.twitter.com) from approximately 9 to 10 a.m. on Thursday, and 8 to 9:30 a.m. on Friday. The PGA TOUR LIVE broadcast will switch to Featured Holes coverage at 3:30 p.m. Eastern on Thursday and Friday. The Featured Holes are TPC Louisiana’s par-3 14th and the par-4 16th. MORE: Tee times Here are this week’s Featured Groups (Note: All times Eastern; FedExCup rankings in parentheses): THURSDAY (Foursomes) Jason Day (92)-Rickie Fowler (8), Daniel Berger (25)-Thomas Pieters (NR): The past two winners of THE PLAYERS Championship comprise one team in this group. Day will defend his title in two weeks at TPC Sawgrass, while Fowler won there in 2015. They’re teammates this week, but could be foes come this year’s Presidents Cup. Day leads the International Team’s standings, while Fowler ranks fourth in the U.S. standings. They’ll tee it up at TPC Louisiana alongside two of the game’s young stars, Thomas Pieters and Daniel Berger. Berger currently stands sixth in the United States’ Presidents Cup standings as he tries to join Fowler on Steve Stricker’s team. Pieters, who’s coming off a fourth-place finish at the Masters, starred for Europe as a rookie at last year’s Ryder Cup, going 4-1-0 at Hazeltine. Tee time: 9:32 a.m. Eastern off No. 10 Justin Rose (9)-Henrik Stenson (72), Hideki Matsuyama (2)-Hideto Tanihara (NR): The top two finishers at last year’s Olympics are paired along with two of Japan’s top players. Rose made birdie on the final hole in Rio de Janeiro to win the Gold Medal by a stroke over Stenson. Stenson also won last year’s Open Championship, while Rose nearly added a second major to his resume at the Masters, losing to Sergio Garcia in a sudden-death playoff at Augusta National. Rose also is the 2015 Zurich Classic champion. Matsuyama and Tanihara could be teammates at this year’s Presidents Cup, as well. Matsuyama, a two-time winner this season, is poised to play his third consecutive Presidents Cup, while Tanihara ranks 11th in the International standings after his fourth-place finish at the World Golf Championships-Dell Technologies Match Play. Tee time: 9:42 a.m. Eastern off No. 10 FRIDAY (Four-Balls) Bubba Watson (134)-J.B. Holmes (106), Kevin Chappell (21)-Gary Woodland (15): Watson and Holmes aren’t just characters from Sir Arthur Conan Doyle’s novels. They’re also a successful pairing on the golf course. They went 2-1-1 in the United States’ victory in the 2015 Presidents Cup. Watson also is the 2011 Zurich Classic champion. They’ll play alongside the PGA TOUR’s most recent winner and one of the game’s longest hitters. Chappell earned his first PGA TOUR victory at last week’s Valero Texas Open, while Woodland is a two-time runner-up this season. Tee time: 8:52 a.m. Eastern off No. 10 Jordan Spieth (6), Ryan Palmer (161), Justin Thomas (3)-Bud Cauley (63): It’s only April, but there could be plenty of football talk in this group. Thomas and Cauley are former Alabama teammates, while Spieth and Palmer both attended college in the Lone Star State. Spieth went to the University of Texas, while Palmer is a Texas A&M Aggie. Their teams may be rivals, but they’re joining forces this week. Thomas has a PGA TOUR-leading three wins this season, while Spieth claimed the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am. Cauley is coming off consecutive top-10s at the RBC Heritage and Valero Texas Open. Tee time: 9:05 a.m. Eastern off No. 10
