Panthers QB Delhomme sits vs. Bucs
Jake Delhomme was the Carolina Panthers’ third quarterback for Sunday’s game against Tampa Bay due to a strained right elbow, giving backup David Carr his first start with his new team. Delhomme was injured a week ago against Atlanta and hasn’t practiced since, although as the No. 3 QB, he was dressed for the game.
