Ochocinco tweets apology to Goodell

Chad Ochocinco sent a tweet to NFL commissioner Roger Goodell to say he’s sorry for his costly tweets. The Cincinnati Bengals receiver was fined $25,000 on Tuesday for violating the NFL’s restrictions on posting to social media sites before, during and after games. Ochocinco tweeted after he warmed up before a 22-9 preseason win over Philadelphia on Friday night.
