Bills RB Lynch, DE Kelsay out Sunday

Buffalo Bills rookie running back Marshawn Lynch and starting defensive end Chris Kelsay won’t play Sunday at the Washington Redskins. Lynch will miss his third straight game because of a severely sprained left ankle. Kelsay is out after hurting his left ankle in Buffalo’s loss to Jacksonville on Sunday.
