Bengals sign DE Jamaal Anderson, DT Pat Sims

The Bengals signed former Indianapolis defensive end Jamaal Anderson on Saturday and agreed to another contract with defensive tackle Pat Sims, who had been an unrestricted free agent. Anderson was Atlanta’s first-round pick in 2007. He played four seasons for the Falcons before moving to Indianapolis for last season.
