UConn men’s basketball coach Jim Calhoun retires

STORRS, Conn. (AP) — Jim Calhoun retired as Connecticut’s basketball coach Thursday, closing a 26-year career at the school with three national titles, an upcoming NCAA tournament ban and no apologies.
