Blue Jays extend dominance of Twins, 7-5

Toronto Blue Jays Alex Rios, right, and Scott Rolen celebrate after the Blue Jays defeated the Minnesota Twins 7-5 in a baseball game in Toronto on Tuesday, Sept. 2, 2008.

Locked in a tight AL Central race, the Minnesota Twins can’t afford too many nights like this. Jose Bautista and Alex Rios had four hits each, hitting back-to-back homers Tuesday as the Toronto Blue Jays erased a four-run deficit to beat Minnesota 7-5 for their seventh straight victory over the Twins.
