Indians recall OF LaPorta from minors
The Cleveland Indians designated infielder Tony Graffanino for assignment and recalled three players from Triple-A Columbus on Friday night after their victory over Detroit. Graffanino hit .130 in seven games this season. Outfielder Matt LaPorta, the biggest prize in the trade that sent CC Sabathia to Milwaukee last season, and infielders Josh Barfield and Luis Valbuena will join the club Saturday.
