Van Pelt tops Mallinger in sudden death at US Bank

Bo Van Pelt finally won his first PGA Tour event. He may never get a chance to defend it. Van Pelt beat John Mallinger on the second playoff hole to win the U.S. Bank Championship on Sunday after the tournament went to sudden death for the first time since 2001. But even with the dramatic finish, the tournament may not return after U.S.
