SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. (AP) — Phil Mickelson had a putt for 59 in the first round of the Phoenix Open that caught the right edge of the cup, curled 180 degrees and stayed out. Three days later, he flirted with the PGA Tour’s 72-hole scoring record.
